Morelia spilota mcdowelli - Coastal Carpet Python
Coastal Carpet Pythons, Morelia spilota mcdowelli, populate a very large area from the northern Cape York Peninsula in Queensland, down the east coast of Australia to the north-eastern corner of New South Wales, about 60-70 miles south of Brisbane. Their habitat is as variable as it is huge and ranges from eucalypt forests and rain forests to man-made structures in more populated areas.
This subspecies is also very veriable in its appearance, as specimens of all colors from brown to olive and grey have been found in the wild. With a size up to 10ft it´s the largest subspecies of Carpet Pythons.
We have some nice Coastal Carpet Pythons available. Please have a look at our offspring! We also work with outstanding lineages like the original pure Coastal Jaguars by Jan Eric Engell and if you are lucky we have a pair available for you!
